Barath Dental Clinic ("we", "us", "our clinic") operates barathdentalclinic.com. This page explains what information we collect through the website, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

When you submit the appointment/contact form, we collect the information you type in: first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), and your message. We do not require you to create an account, and the website itself does not build a stored patient database — form submissions are delivered by email.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your appointment or contact request — to call, message, or email you back. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent as an email to the clinic's staff inbox using Cloudflare's email sending service (the same provider that hosts this website). If you provide an email address, it's used only so the clinic can reply to you directly — the website itself does not send you an automated confirmation email.

Third-party services used on this site

• Cloudflare — hosting, email delivery, and bot/spam protection (Turnstile) for the contact form.
• Google Maps — an embedded map on the Contact section, loaded directly from Google.
• Google Fonts and Font Awesome (cdnjs) — used to load typefaces and icons.

These providers may process your IP address as part of normal request handling (e.g. to serve a font file or render the map). We don't share your form submission content with them.

Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded Google Maps frame and the Cloudflare Turnstile widget may set their own cookies as part of how they function — that's controlled by Google and Cloudflare, not by us.

How long we keep it

Appointment request emails are retained in the clinic's inbox for as long as needed for scheduling and follow-up care records, and are deleted when no longer needed.
